Et365 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform et365, available at et365.biz, and all associated services, including Sports Betting, online casino, Poker, Crash Games, and all other products offered by the platform. By creating an account or using any et365 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all terms described herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the platform. et365 recommends reading this document in full before registering. Any questions about a specific clause can be clarified with our support team via live chat or by emailing suporte@et365.biz before creating your account.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use et365's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal.
• Have full legal capacity under Brazilian law.
• Not be enrolled in any self-exclusion program from betting platforms in Brazil.
• Not be an employee, contractor, service provider, or immediate family member of an et365 employee.
• Not to use the platform in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited under local law.

Et365 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any of these requirements at any time. Submitting false information during registration will result in immediate account suspension and withholding of any pending balance until the matter is resolved or the irregularity is confirmed.

3 User Account

Each user is authorized to hold one account only at et365, linked to your CPF and email address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved, with balances held pending investigation.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account credentials (username and password) secure. et365 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their credentials. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must contact support immediately to have the account preventively blocked.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is mandatory for all users requesting withdrawals or transactions above certain thresholds. Accepted documents include:

• RG (Registro Geral) — front and back
• CNH (Brazilian Driver's License) — front and back
• Valid Brazilian passport
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days

Et365 may request additional documentation at any time for regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering, or identity verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Et365 accepts only payment methods available in Brazil, in BRL. No foreign currency is accepted. The available methods are:

• Pix: Instant deposit, available 24/7. Funds are credited to your account balance immediately upon transaction confirmation.
• Boleto Bancário: Settlement within up to 3 business days after payment. Available for users who prefer not to use a card or Pix.
• Credit or Debit Card: Instant processing. Available for the major card brands accepted in Brazil.
• PicPay: Instant transfer via app, subject to service availability.
• Mercado Pago: Deposit via Mercado Pago account or available platform balance.
• TED Transfer: For accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks participating in the TED system. Settlement within up to 1 business day.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for all methods. et365 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user.

All deposits must be made from an account held in the name of the registered user. et365 does not accept third-party deposits and reserves the right to return funds received from accounts under a different name, withholding the amount pending verification.

5 Withdrawals & Payment Processing

The user may request a withdrawal at any time, provided the available balance is equal to or greater than the minimum amount of R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of the request, subject to completion of the KYC verification process and no restrictions on the account.

For withdrawals above certain thresholds, or for users who have not yet completed the KYC process, additional documentation may be requested. Processing remains pending until verification is complete, with no loss of balance. et365 charges no withdrawal fee on any type of withdrawal.

Additional withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account held in the user's own name, matching the CPF registered with et365.
• Balance from bonuses is subject to the corresponding rollover requirement before it becomes available for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of amounts deposited via credit card may be redirected to the same card up to the original deposit amount, in accordance with the payment processor's rules.
• In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violations, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation, with a resolution period of up to 30 days.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

Et365 offers a welcome bonus, periodic promotions, and a five-tier VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond). Each offer comes with its own terms, including wagering requirements (rollover), expiration dates, eligible games, and withdrawal limits on bonus funds.

General rules applicable to all et365 bonuses:

• Each user is entitled to participate in each promotion once only, unless the offer's terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be converted to cash before the rollover requirement is met.
• The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount on eligible bets. Specific conditions are displayed at the time of activation.
• Bets on games with an RTP above 97% may contribute at a reduced rate toward meeting the rollover requirement, as specified in the promotion's terms.
• Et365 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abusive use, two-sided betting on the same event (arbing), or any other practice that constitutes exploitation of promotions.
• The standard bonus validity period is 30 calendar days from activation, unless otherwise specified in the offer.

The weekly rakeback program for poker players and the VIP points system are governed by specific regulations available in the respective sections of the platform. Access to higher tiers of the VIP program is based on qualifying bet volume and may be adjusted in accordance with et365's policy.

7 Sports Betting – General Rules

Sports Betting at et365 is governed by a set of specific rules available on the platform. The general rules applicable to all bets are:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available and active for that specific bet.
• Bets will be voided and stakes returned in the following cases: a technical odds error (an odds value that is clearly incorrect due to a system fault), official cancellation of the event before it begins, or inability to hold the event due to force majeure.
• If a game is suspended mid-match (after it has started), et365 will follow the rules established by the relevant governing body to determine the valid result for settlement purposes.
• Parlay bets are allowed with a minimum of 2 selections and a maximum defined by category. Each selection in a parlay is treated independently for the purposes of settlement rules.
• Cash out is available for eligible single and multiple bets, with the value calculated in real time. et365 does not guarantee the continuous availability of cash out for the entire duration of an event.

Markets specific to the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores follow the competition rules as defined by CBF and Conmebol, respectively. Should any change to a competition's regulations affect the settlement of open bets, et365 will notify the affected users.

8 Online Casino, Poker, and Crash Games

Casino games available at et365 — including slots, live casino, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, crash games, and poker — use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories, ensuring that all outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by et365 or any user.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each slots and casino game is displayed on the game page or in the provider's descriptions. The RTP represents the average return percentage over a large number of rounds and does not guarantee results in individual sessions.

Specific rules applicable to casino and poker:

• Results for games that concluded with confirmation on the platform are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of a "visual bug" or "connection delay".
• If a technical failure interrupts a slots round or Crash Games session before a definitive result is reached, the wagered amount will be returned to the user's balance.
• The poker room operates under standard Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and Seven-Card Stud rules in accordance with international poker rules. The outcome of each hand is determined automatically by the system.
• The use of external assistance software (bots, automated scripts, unauthorized HUDs) is prohibited and subject to permanent account blocking.
• Collusion among poker players (chip dumping, sharing hand information) is detected by an automated system and results in account suspension and forfeiture of illegitimate winnings.

9 Prohibited Conduct on the Platform

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on et365 and will result in immediate account blocking and balance hold pending investigation:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF or in a third party's name to claim welcome bonuses.
• Betting on both sides of the same event (arbing) with the intent of exploiting bonuses or securing risk-free guaranteed profit.
• Using automated software (bots) to place bets or play in the casino and poker.
• Conducting money laundering transactions or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin.
• Attempting to exploit technical odds or system glitches to obtain unfair profit.
• Providing false identity information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using your account for the benefit of third parties or placing bets on behalf of other people.
• Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward the support team or other users of the platform.

Et365 cooperates with competent Brazilian authorities in cases of suspected financial crimes, providing account and transaction information as required by court or regulatory order, without prior notice to the user in cases provided for by law.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through customer support. In the event of voluntary closure with an available balance and no pending rollover requirements, the amount will be returned via Pix after identity verification.

Et365 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Submission of false documents or incorrect information during KYC.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user or their legal guardian.
• Court or regulatory order.
• Extended inactivity combined with a zero account balance.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, et365 may withhold the account balance to cover any losses caused to the system or other users, following a documented internal review. The user will be notified by email of the decision and may appeal by submitting their case to the platform's compliance channel.

11 Limitation of Liability

Et365 is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user, adverse casino game outcomes, or live bet odds fluctuations. Betting and gaming involve the risk of losing wagered capital — by using the platform, the user acknowledges and accepts this risk.

Et365 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and is not liable for losses arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Internet connection or user device failures.
• Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, third-party cyberattacks, or internet infrastructure failures.
• Payment processing delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

In the event of technical errors on the platform that result in bets or rounds being placed at incorrect values, et365 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return the amounts to the user's balance, with no additional compensation beyond the refund of the original amount.

12 Responsible Gaming

Et365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable users. All responsible gambling tools are available free of charge to every user, with no justification required:

• Deposit limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour period.
• Loss limit: Set a maximum loss amount per period. Bets that exceed this limit are automatically blocked.
• Session time limit: Receive alerts when you reach your set play time and be automatically logged out if you choose.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During self-exclusion, no access, deposits, or bets are possible.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Close your account permanently. This process is irreversible and the user will not be able to create a new et365 account.

• Et365 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes without the user's express consent.
• Users have the right to request access, correction, portability, anonymization, and deletion of their data at any time via support or by emailing privacidade@et365.biz.
• Data is stored on servers protected with end-to-end encryption and access restricted to authorized personnel.
• Financial transaction logs are retained for the minimum period required by Brazilian regulations for audit and anti-money laundering purposes.

14 Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Et365 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to regulatory changes, platform improvements, or adjustments to internal policies. Any material changes will be communicated with a minimum advance notice of 15 calendar days via:

• Email sent to the address registered on the user's account.
• Prominent notice on the platform's homepage.
• Notification in the user's account dashboard upon login.

Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date, requesting withdrawal of your available balance through support.

The current version of these Terms, with the date of the last update, is always available on this page. Previous versions may be requested by email for reference purposes.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of a dispute between et365 and the user arising from the use of the platform or the interpretation of these Terms, both parties elect the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any litigation, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged it may be.

Before any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through et365's support channels (live chat, email suporte@et365.biz) within a reasonable period of up to 30 calendar days from the user's formal notification.
